A Workshop for the Fearless Heart
This interactive workshop harmonizes gentle activating and opening movement with the sweetness of seated silence to provide a space for curious exploration. With the creative interaction of asana and personal reflection, each practitioner will be invited to explore their expansive Self. As practitioners are called, there will also be time to share reflections to deepen the connection of the sangha. This workshop is for everyone who seeks to live with an open and fearless heart.
Cassia Sattazahn
Cassia Sattazahn, RYT 200, is a creative soul who integrates a spirit of play and exploration into her teaching style. Always a student of yoga first, her spiritual path has evolved over 20 years and has transformed her practice into an offering to the Collective. Cassia guides yoga practices and workshops that focus on self-study through the exploration of movement and meditation.
