This balanced sequence combines fluid movement with static holds in poses, allowing you to connect with your breath and build strength and flexibility. You’ll flow seamlessly through postures like Lunge Salutations, Half Moon, Standing Twists, and more, targeting areas such as the hips, spine, core, and shoulders. Move at a consistent, dynamic pace without feeling rushed, leaving you feeling revitalized from head to toe.
Arpana Gurjar
I am Arpana Gurjar, an Indian immigrant residing in Seattle, Washington, is a passionate advocate for health and fitness. With a love for travel, hiking, and CrossFit, I embarked on a journey from a corporate career to the world of yoga. I am a certified E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 instructor, having completed my training at a prestigious yoga school in India (Bangalore) and under the guidance of Jason Crandell, a renowned teacher.
Continuously enriching my knowledge through additional training and global yoga events, I am deeply committed to sharing the transformative power of yoga. As the proud owner and founder of Patva Yoga, my thriving studio located in Bothell near Seattle, I offer a diverse array of classes, including Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Therapy for special conditions, Meditation, Philosophy, and Chanting.
My teaching philosophy centers on simplicity, alignment, intelligent sequencing tailored to modern-day life, and the integration of yoga philosophy into daily practices. Emphasizing the importance of proper breathing and self-awareness, I expertly blend modern movement-based yoga with ancient yogic techniques to guide my students on their wellness journey.
