Welcome to the Opening Class of the Sangha Festival, where Brandy and Brady will take you through a grounding, rooted, homebound, supportive class to help your feet land and your body ground into the earth. We will meet Ganesha at the threshold of the doorway to help remove any obstacles standing in your way, so you may flow into the rest of your weekend with ease and grace.
