Quick Practice
w/ Flora Morgan
This 45 minute class is designed to take you through a yoga sequence that you can fit into your busy life schedule.
In this class, Flora Morgan will guide a slow flow class which will explore movement in a safe and accessible way. Starting off with a series of floor poses followed by a few poses held for strengthening & balance. Multiple variations will be offered throughout.
Come with the invitation of reflection, getting into your body, and flowy movwment. All are welcome.

Bio:
Flora Morgan is a passionate teacher and student of yoga and mindfulness, a poet, and mental health advocate. She originally comes from the beautiful lush forests of the Pacific Northwest and now finds community in the Southwest. Her goal is to bring accessibility and innate reflection for all. She provides clear alignment-based cueing coupled with an informed and heart centered approach. You will find a calm and intuitively focused energy in each of her classes and always be met with a friendly demeanor, be encouraged to practice in a way that feels authentic to you, and will be safely guided through an intentional sequence. Some of her favorite modalities of practice include visualization meditation, yin yoga, slow Hatha and Vinyasa style flows, as well as instilling a poetic essence into each offering.
