Sacred Gong Sound Journey
Allow the sounds of the sacred gongs to ground you into the space of Sangha Fest. Experience a long, deep sound journey to relax into your body, balancing your energetic flow & frequency with the frequencies of the earth and each other. Our bodies will synchronize with one another, by synchronizing with the sound of the gongs. We’ll create a harmonious field and frequency, laying a beautiful foundation to open up into the heart space of the festival. Through sound, we’ll create space in the body, the mind, the emotional body and in the energetic space for deep connections, meaningful moments, new beginnings and strengthened relationships over the course of the festival and in our lives.
Maia Gaia
Bio: Maia Gaia is a yoga teacher and sound practitioner from Norwood, Colorado; a founding member of the Norwood Healing Arts Festival and the Conscious Yoga Collective of Southwest Colorado, a social group of healers & practitioners promoting conscious events on the Western Slope. Her passion is to create opportunities for healing as a community, with special events, sacred rituals and educational classes accessible to all and for the benefit of all beings.
Maia combines sound vibrations with yin yoga, kundalini yoga, bhakti yoga, yoga nidra and guided meditation to invite people on an inward journey to their soul’s calling, inner wisdom, higher purpose, higher intelligence, and harmonious balance for self-healing, self-guidance and self-assurance.
