Yin Yoga: Rejuvenate & Restore
This class will provide the opportunity to practice mindful Yin Yoga. Meditative with an earthbound focus, we’ll explore deep connective tissue release via shapes held for time. Stretches to support facia, breath, yin yoga theory, and optional gentle movement will be included along with space for introspection and rest. A great practice for unwinding and decompression, yin can bring balance to the yang of summertime. Come cultivate the art of slowing down within the support of community. Let’s pause together and see what happens!
If you have props please feel free to bring them to class. Blankets of any sort, pillows, bolsters, blocks, etc. are all welcome!

Bio:
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and it grows sweeter with each year. My offerings are grounded with an invitation to explore how shapes can impact us physically and mentally. I offer mindful practices like breath technique and subtle body cues to cultivate internal connection. I share from a space of curiosity and openness, knowing that yoga practice looks different for everyone. My goal is to create a space where you might practice authentically within the support of community. Alongside my E-RYT 200 in vinyasa, I have further training in yin, restorative, pranayama, aerial, and trauma informed yoga. As a forever student, I’m always expanding my understanding of yoga traditions and holistic practices. When not practicing with you, I’m out in the woods looking for moss with my dog or reading with my cats.
