Yinyasa Yoga Flow
“Yinyasa Yoga Flow” Thursday June 6th 5pm-630pm @Beach Pavilion
This class is a fusion of the gentle opening of Yin Yoga and the steady flow of Vinyasa. Class will start out with a mindful meditation practice. It starts slow and easeful, building through time and offering a sequence through vinyasa flow at its pinnacle. After dynamic movement is established, the body and mind will journey through several deep rest poses that are held for time. Peaceful poetic musings will be explored through this offering of both movement and rest.
Flora Morgan
Bio: Flora Morgan is a passionate teacher and student of yoga and mindfulness, a poet, and mental health advocate. She originally comes from the beautiful lush forests of the Pacific Northwest and now finds community in the Southwest. Her goal is to bring accessibility and innate reflection for all. She provides clear alignment-based cueing coupled with an informed and heart centered approach. You will find a calm and intuitively focused energy in each of her classes and always be met with a friendly demeanor, be encouraged to practice in a way that feels authentic to you, and will be safely guided through an intentional sequence. Some of her favorite modalities of practice include visualization meditation, yin yoga, slow Hatha and Vinyasa style flows, as well as instilling a poetic essence into each offering.
